Infrared dry heat sauna
Traditional saunas, which are found in health clubs use a wet heat produced by pouring water over super heated rocks in an insulated, tightly enclosed room where the air heats to an excess of 200° F. This can be very uncomfortable and make it difficult to breathe. The body is warmed only on the skin and superficial muscles. High sauna humidity causes condensation to form on the skin limiting the body's natural ability to perspire and expel toxins.
Radiant heat is simply a form of energy that heats objects directly through a process called conversion, without having to heat the air in between. Radiant heat is also called Infrared Energy (IR). Our sun produces most of its energy output ion the infrared segment According to Dr. Tsu-Tsair Oliver Chi in his summation on the mechanisms of actions of infrared devices tuned to the human body, these rays are selectively absorbed by the tissues needing a boost in their output. The internal production of infrared energy that normally occurs within tissues is associated with a variety of responses. This phenomenon is called "resonant absorption."

Patented TheraSauna TheraMitters™ produce infrared heat in wavelengths of 7- to 14-microns. The TheraMitters have a peak output of 9.4 micron - the same as the human body. Since the heat emitted by the TheraMitters is similar to the heat emitted by the human body, the body is better able to absorb the beneficial infrared in a shorter period of time.
Studies and testimonies of Doctors, Physical Therapists and Pro Athletes show that infrared heat:
• Dilates blood vessels and capillaries providing increased flow of rich oxygenated blood    to muscles and joints.

• Reduce muscle spasms and promote healing of injured and sore muscle fibers.
• Improves flow of the lymph system to reduce swelling and inflammation.
• Stimulates cellular and enzyme activity.
• Promotes the adhesion and osmosis of water molecules across the cellular membrane.
